Welcome to a dinner where the forest becomes the restaurant and the fire becomes the kitchen.
Leave everyday life behind and step into an evening where nature sets the scene. When you arrive, a beautifully set table awaits in the forest, the crackling fire warms you, and the scent of food cooked over an open fire fills the air.
Dala Wild Dinner is a unique food experience where local flavours, community and Swedish nature meet. For two hours you enjoy a carefully composed three-course dinner made with ingredients from Dalarna — surrounded by the calm of the forest.
I take care of everything — planning, equipment, cooking and table setting. You only need to sit down, relax and enjoy an evening that creates lasting memories.
Practical information
We meet at the parking area below Vällgården.
Please be at the parking area by 17:30 at the latest.
From there you can either walk up to the dinner site on your own (about 2 km — you will get a digital map) or I meet you at the parking and guide you up.
We meet at Kapellgrund at 18:00.
Dinner is served on site.
Departure is around 20:00.

- Starter — Tapas à la Dalarna with local delicacies
- Main — Wild salmon with creamy chanterelle sauce, potatoes and lingonberries
- Dessert — Sticky chocolate cake with cloudberry syrup, sea buckthorn and cream
